Paul Ryan

Republican Congressman Paul Ryan was only 28 years old when he first ran for the United States Congressional seat. He is currently serving his seventh congressional term representing the state of Wisconsin.

Ryan has an economics degree from Miami University and serves as Chairman of the House Budget Committee and is a senior member of the House Ways and Means Committee.

Paul Ryan has been a prominent Republican policy maker in recent years and was chosen by Governor Mitt Romney to be his Vice Presidential running mate to go head to head with Barack Obama and Joe Biden in the 2012 Presidential Election.
