1946 Clinton was Born William Jefferson Blythe III on August 19, in Hope, Arkansas. His biological father William Jefferson died a few months before his birth
1950 Mother Virginia Cassidy gets remarried to Roger Clinton.
1952 Dwight D. Eisenhower is elected President of the United States
1953 The Clinton's move to Hot Springs, Arkansas
1960 John F. Kennedy is elected the 35th President of the United States
1961 William Jefferson takes the Clinton name of his step-father
1963 President John F. Kennedy is assassinated On November 22, in Dallas, Texas
Vice President Lyndon Baines Johnson assumes the Presidency upon the death of John Kennedy
1964 Clinton graduates from High School on May 29
Graduates from Georgetown University on June 8
1969 Richard M. Nixon is elected President of the United States
1973 Clinton graduates from Yale Law School

1991 Formally announces he will be running for President
1992 Bill Clinton is elected the Forty-Second President of the United States. Beating Republican incumbent President George H. W. Bush and independent candidate Ross Perot. Winning with only 43% of the popular vote
1993 Clinton is inaugurated and delivers his Inaugural Address to the nation on January 20
Clinton announces his "Don't Ask" "Don't Tell" Military Policy regarding gay and lesbian service on January 27
World Trade Center in New York City is bombed by terrorists on February 26

1994 Clinton's mother Virginia Kelley dies on January 6, from breast cancer
Robert Friske is appointed as independent counsel to investigate the Whitewater affair on January 20
Paula Jones files a sexual harrassment charge against President Clinton on May 6
The United States Congress begins Whitewater Investigations on July 26
Kenneth Star is appointed as the new independent counsil to investigate Whitewater
November 8, landslide victory for the Republican congressional mid-term elections. After forty years of Democrat party control of Congress, the Republican party takes control of the Senate and House of Representatives. New Gingrich is elected as the new Speaker of the House
1995 Oklahoma City bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building on April 19, killing 168 people. Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols are arrested for murder and later convicted. Timothy McVeigh was executed at the Federal State Penetentiary in Indiana on June 11, 2001
Israel's Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin is assassinated on November 4
1996 Clinton testifies in Whitewater trial on May 9
Former Governor of arkans James Mcdougal and wife Susan McDougal are convicted of freaud in the Whitewater scandal
Clinton wins Presidential re-election against Republican Senator Bob Dole
1997 Daughter Chelsea attends Stanford University, in Palo Alto California
1998 Clinton testifies before a Grand Jury about his relationship with Monica Lewinsky on August 17
November 6, Speaker of the House resigns his position and does not run for re-election
President Clinton settles the lawsuit brought against him by Paula Jones for 850,000 dollars on November 19
Clinton is Impeached by the United States House of Representatives on December 19, for Perjury and Obstruction of Justice
1999 Clinton is acquitted by the United States Senate on February 9, and was not removed from office
Columbine school shooting on April 20
2000 The USS Cole is attacked by terrorists, while docked in a port of Yemen, on October 12
2001 First Lady Hillary Clinton becomes U.S. Senator of New York on January 3
Clinton pardons Susan McDougal and Henry Cisneros

2008 Senator Hillary Clinton becomes the only First Lady to run run for United States Presidency. She loses the Democratic nomination to Senator Barack Obama in a close hard fought race.
2009 Hillary Rodham Clinton becomes Secretary of State, serving the cabinet post under President Barack Obama
2010 A devestating 7.0 earthquake strikes Haiti, killing hundreds of thousands on January 12
Former Presidents George W. Bush and Cliinton travel to the earthquake devestated Haiti to lead the releif and aid efforts to help the Haittian Victims
Daughter Chelsea Clinton marries investment banker Marc Mezvinsky on July 31
2011 Clinton publishes his new bestseller "Back To Work" in November
2012 Bill Clinton will begin fundraising for President Barack Obama's 2012 election campaign
