Joe Biden is the 47th Vice President of the United States, elected on the Barack Obama Democratic ticket in 2008 and 2012. He is currently serving in the Obama Administration and is a possible 2016 Presidential Candidate. Biden will be ending his term as Vice President on January 20,  2016.
